4/20/13 day 19: Neuruppin>Radeburg

I awoke to the sound of a snare drum... I thought someone was sound checking in the courtyard at 9am. Turns out it was a cox-wane beating out a rhythm for the rowers on a slim boat going back and forth across the lake. Not the best way to woken up, let me tell you. All was forgotten by breakfast. The weather was crisp and cloudy, but nice enough when sitting in the sun. Nice enough to sit outside for breakfast.

We left Neuruppin at 1 and made our way to Radeburg. The GPS took us basically through Berlin which was odd, but we made good time. We checked into the hotel, dropped our stuff in our rooms and drove to the venue at 6.

The venue is an old train station. Super cool. Amazing acoustics. They set up the stage in the middle of the room (a la Canal Room) so folks were seated all around us. We had an amazing turnout, the vibe was righteous, and we nailed our performance. It was a great night. Made some great friends and shared a bunch of the new record. Couldn't ask for much more. We will definitely be back at this venue. Night y'all.
